REGISTRATION FEES
*In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be sent to the registration division via e-mail: eugms.registrations@aristea.com
The registration fee, per capita, includes 20% UK VAT for IN-PERSON participants and 20% FR VAT for ONLINE participants.
The registration fee will be invoiced within one month (end of next month) from the registration date.
Payments in other currencies other than EUR will not be accepted.
The invoice for your participation shall be issued by VMC, 1 Rond-point de l’Europe, 92250 La Garenne-Colombes / France, French VAT Number: FR75523098614, UK VAT Number: GB975109011
Please, note that only some of the Scientific Sessions will be live-streamed and available on-demand.

The EuGMS does not accept any responsibility for bookings made via unofficial websites/agencies or any monies lost as a result.
CANCELLATION / CONVERSION POLICY
Registration cancellations or modifications are subject to the following conditions:
- For Onsite participation
- Until 31 July 2022: Full refund (All refunds will be processed within 1 month from cancellation, bank charges will be deducted)
- From 1 August 2022: no refund – registration remains valid for Online participation
- For Online participation
- No refund
Registrations cannot be converted from Onsite to Online or vice versa.
NO name changes will be accepted for both Online and Onsite registrations.
Any request to change your billing information (VAT number, address, etc.) submitted after the registration will result in a 50 EUR administrative fee.
Any cancellation or modification of your registration, must be notified by e-mail at: eugms.registrations@aristea.com
